Quality and environment policy

More than 30 years, the mission of INCO INDUSTRIA COLORI S.P.A has been to create and innovate in the color sector, with a strong specialization in the production of inorganic pigments and digital inks for  ceramic industry, in order to make ceramic productions accessible and fostering growth and creativity to as many realities as possible.

To carry out this mission, INCO INDUSTRIA COLORI S.P.A leverages values that have been confirmed by the other realities of the group, the Inco production sites in India and Russia: commitment, internationalization, know-how, innovation, sustainable development and quality. These values are historically part of INCO INDUSTRIA COLORI S.P.A’s DNA and enable it to set goals, position itself in its target markets, differentiate itself from the competition, and make the right decisions every day.

The Management is committed to promoting a corporate culture oriented towards continuous improvement, social responsibility and the management of risks and opportunities connected to its processes.

To do all this, the management of INCO INDUSTRIA COLORI S.P.A, is committed to:

• meet the requirements of relevant stakeholders as well as applicable legal and regulatory requirements;
• provide essential resources to build an integrated management system environment and quality that complies with the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001  version 2015;
• assess and address risk management with a view to business continuity;
• provide the necessary resources to achieve the objectives associated with the four main strategic axes of the quality policy:
  • Quality : consolidating and developing results through the process of continuous improvement.
  • Digitization : with the aim of being more efficient in internal and external communications, introduce and maintain suitable digital tools
  • Internationalization : developing new markets
  • Innovation : related to products and production processes.
• operate in a sustainable and environmentally responsible manner, through improvement actions aimed at:
  • prevent and reduce environmental impacts associated with its activities and throughout the entire product life cycle (Upstream/Downstream);
  • promote the efficient use of energy resources;
  • reduce water resource consumption by maximizing domestic recovery;
  • reduce waste production by promoting its recovery and recycling;
  • control emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere;
  • reduce waste of raw materials;
  • consider environmental aspects in product and process design and development activities;
  • promote a widespread environmental culture among employees, collaborators and suppliers.

The commitments that the Management assumes with this Policy constitute the foundations of the integrated quality and environment system; they are expressed in measurable operational objectives that are reviewed annually to ensure the effectiveness, relevance, and permanent adequacy of the integrated management system with the company’s strategy.

The achievement of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001  certification, the proper functioning of the QMS and the attainment of the objectives are possible only on the basis of the support and contribution of each of the company’s employees, support and contribution that includes knowledge, competence and awareness.
